jalth 0.7.0 release notes

jalth doctor --fix now remediates install-tier failures for Cloudflare WARP, cloudflared, and OpenSSH instead of printing description-only skips, and it upgrades outdated WARP installations through the same path. jalth init also offers to install or repair Cloudflare WARP inline when local enrollment prerequisites fail, while JSON and non-TTY callers attempt the install non-interactively and surface structured permissions, unsupported, network, or subprocess errors instead of hanging. Manual doctor findings now stay manual only when a human actually has to change org policy, host security policy, network state, or enrollment credentials. Closes #338, #339, #340, #341, #342, #343. Fix jalth init dumping a raw 403 {"errors":[{"code":9999,...}]} envelope when run against a Cloudflare account that has never had Zero Trust Access enabled. The CLI now exits cleanly with: “Zero Trust Access isn’t enabled on this Cloudflare account yet. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/<accountId>/zero-trust and click “Enable Access”, then re-run jalth init.” Closes #337. (#344)
