jalth 0.7.3 release notes

jalth upgrade now probes the deployed Worker even when the CLI is already at the manifest version, surfacing an out-of-sync Worker that would otherwise silently exit on CLI is up to date. Admin operators see Run \jalth upgrade —worker-only` to sync; non-admins see the delegated Ask an adminhint.jalth initnow detects deployed Worker drift before resuming from a pending checkpoint and refuses to re-run Steps 3-6 against the older Worker — on a TTY it prompts to restart from Step 1 (which redeploys the bundle this CLI embeds); in non-TTY /—output jsonmode it fails with the actionableRe-run with `jalth init —fresh`remediation.install.shpost-install now picks the right next-step hint based on~/.jalth/state: existingconfig.json→jalth upgrade, pending .init-pending.json→jalth initto recover, no state →jalth init(fresh) orjalth status` (re-install).
