Collects environment and mesh diagnostics into a redacted report safe to share in GitHub issues.

What it includes

Section titled “What it includes”
  • CLI version and build info
  • OS and architecture
  • WARP enrollment state (org, device ID — no secrets)
  • Mesh config summary (registry URL, team name — no device token)
  • Registry Worker reachability
  • jalth doctor probe results
  • Recent command history (if available)

What it redacts

Section titled “What it redacts”
  • API tokens and device tokens
  • Auth key secrets
  • Email addresses (partially masked)
  • Non-CGNAT IP addresses
  • Service token client secrets

Filing an issue

Section titled “Filing an issue”
  1. Run jalth bugreport and save the output
  2. Open an issue at github.com/vinaypuppal/jalth/issues
  3. Describe what you expected vs what happened
  4. Paste the bug report output in a code block
